Horrible experience. Took my money and did nothing for me. She said many times that she is retiring. Well, she acts like she’s already retired based on the amount of work she puts forth. Would never recommend.
Ms.Mack and also Heather Hopper were both absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I was in need of an attorney and originally I hired someone out of Sarasota and after a few months into the case a family member mentioned that I should have hired Ms. Mack. Absolutely an amazing experience. Kerry was quick to respond, thorough in her questions, and was able to resolve my issue in record time. It was a tremendous relief to my family and I to have someone who was so caring and proactive. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Took my family money to do a case appeal and stop answering our calls over one month now and current paralegal has been very rude and unprofessional
Terrible representation. Kerry had me confused with a different client of hers several times. Kept asking for continuances. Dragged out my case in order to line her pockets, and because she appeared to have more clients than she could handle. Jacqueline is just an all around ditz. Kerry lied on several occasions regarding our conversations. Just an all around bad experience.
