Continuously misrepresenting her clients and willingly saying she can’t do anything to help the situation, she does not take anything her clients say seriously she will be ecstatic to take your money on a sunday yet won’t even reply to an email in a timely manner on a weekday. completely gives up on her clients after misrepresenting them during a trial leaving them alone and hopeless post conviction. She lets an innocent disabled man rot in jail with minimal medical attention and does nothing about it.
Horrible experience. Took my money and did nothing for me. She said many times that she is retiring. Well, she acts like she’s already retired based on the amount of work she puts forth. Would never recommend.
Ms.Mack and also Heather Hopper were both absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I was in need of an attorney and originally I hired someone out of Sarasota and after a few months into the case a family member mentioned that I should have hired Ms. Mack. Absolutely an amazing experience. Kerry was quick to respond, thorough in her questions, and was able to resolve my issue in record time. It was a tremendous relief to my family and I to have someone who was so caring and proactive. Cannot recommend highly enough!
