This is regarding one agent in particular - Bhrianna Baxter. She had such an attitude and zero respect when we were going to inspect a property to rent. The inspection was at 4:45pm, we left work early, drove to the place and at 4:51pm we received an sms/email saying that "we were unable to attend the inspection". But when we went to to place at 4:55pm, she was waiting outside with everything locked up (as if she had somewhere to be). Very disappointing experience dealing with Richard. I purchased a property through him, and during the final inspection, several issues were identified, including low water pressure and insufficient hot water temperature. His assistant confirmed these would be resolved before settlement, and Richard later stated in writing that the issues had been fixed. However, after moving in, it became clear that the problems had not been addressed. I had to arrange a plumber myself, at a cost of $363, to replace a faulty tempering valve... read more
