I chose Richard for his knowledge of the area. The property needed work but it was a HOT market, in a PRIME Perth location. Initially things were ok, but when he realized I wasn't going to accept the first offer, he soon lost interest. Response times slowed, messages didn't always get responded to. In the end I agreed on the sale simply because I felt I had to. His apathy left little choice. Wouldn't hurry back to use his services.
