spamming mails at west perth - Please STOP! In the last 2 months each unit from my building in West Perth received more than 10 flyers from Richard Self. Stop with this garbage.
Excellent communication throughout . Richard was very easy to deal with, the whole process was easy and smooth and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell. Everything was actioned promptly, the portal provided excellent updates and Richard always touched based with anything we needed to know along the way - although this wasn't very long as he secured us a sale within days of listing! I chose Richard for his knowledge of the area. The property needed work but it was a HOT market, in a PRIME Perth location. Initially things were ok, but when he realized I wasn't going to accept the first offer, he soon lost interest. Response times slowed, messages didn't always get responded to. In the end I agreed on the sale simply because I felt I had to. His apathy left little choice. Wouldn't hurry back to use his services.
