I’ve been going here for 2 years and she started my locs. I had to cancel my appointment last minute(15 minutes before) this month and she told me I needed to pay the entire total of the appointment. I understand charging a little bit or even half but charging the full $85 for a service you didn’t do just so you don’t lose money even though that’s part of running a business is weird business practices.
