After being involved in an accident, my vehicle was towed to Mac Dean’s. I can’t say enough good things about the experience during such a stressful time. The tow truck driver was incredibly kind and professional, the lady who answered the phone was so patient and helpful, and Mac Dean himself. They all went above and beyond to answer every question I had and help in any way they could. Will definitely be using them for a lot more!

Been using Mack for over 30 years. I would give ten stars if I could. Mack has always went above and beyond for me. Best mechanic shop in town!

I highly recommend Mack Deen’s mechanic shop! They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. The work was completed quickly, and my vehicle runs great. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Mack Deen and the team go above and beyond with quality service and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs and maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service!

Their website states “Our certified mechanics… provide the best auto repair services for domestic and import automobiles of all makes and models” but I was cut off mid-sentence over the phone the second I said BMW, as they “don’t do work on those.”
