It is VERY difficult to reach anyone in the office. Either the answering machine picks up, or the line is busy. Dr.Mack is great, however office staff need to answer calls, or return calls in timely manner!
My question is---why does the answering machine state the office is both open and closed? I called during office hours (Wednesday 10:00am ) which should be open according to the recorded message, but then says the office is also closed? Shouldn't someone be answering the phone if the office is open ? I am confused.
