Amazing experience here! I came in for a last minute inspection and they were so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and quick! 10/10 service
Didn't even look at my car and told me the muffler needed replacing or it wouldn't pass inspection. Full stainless steel exhaust, car sounds great, not loud either. Anyway felt scammy and wasted my time.
Phenomenal service. I have learned to do most basic work on cars due to some bad experiences with predatory shops in the past (Monroe, Mavis always trying to up charge and push work on customers). I brought my truck in for an inspection and they identified some actual issues to address. They fixed them promptly, and the price was more than fair for the work performed. Very quick and very friendly service
Worked directly with Farooq and was also introduced to new owner of Mack’s Auto. Went in primarily for inspection and an oil change, but Farooq indicated that one tire was at risk. Going in, I knew the tire was not ideal, so I knew he spoke the truth. Farooq gave me a very fair price on the tire as well as the oil change.
