My wife and I were traveling from Florida to Upper Michigan and the coolant system began to leak. I contacted Colin about our situation and he took our van right away. Colin diagnosed where the leak was and had us on the road in a few hours. He made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a small car issue right off the highway and were stranded with three kids in the car. We knew it would be a while if we called our insurance company so called Mack’s to see if they could help us out. They did not hesitate to immediately come right to our car and help us out! Beyond thankful!
My daughters vehicle broke down on the side of the road in an area that we were not familiar with. So beyond thankful that our roadside assistance brought her vehicle to Mack Automotive! The Owner was unbelievably helpful and honest about what happened with her car, no run around at all and was extremely responsive. Im from out of town and needed air in my tires, I was right in front of their shop when the tire light came on and decided to stop there. They were great with helping me out, very nice guys!
