Called ahead for time to come in for a tire plug. Arrived in 100 degree weather, place was BUSY! I was told if I would have to wait an extra 30 minutes, I said sure, it was 20 minutes. Took care of tire, reprogrammed all tires, let me know i need to take care of an issue on my car and did not charge me. Place is great, not just for my services but what I witnessed while there for others.
Should’ve contacted me first before doing any work on my car, especially for the type of job that was done…Slap some grease on the terminals, wipe off the corrosion and rust, replace battery. 1hr tops. Service was good. Communication was poor.

I came in with an overheating warning light and alarm going off in my car. I left it with Mack Auto Center, and after telling me to come back in an hour, they handed me a dramatic diagnosis claiming there was a complete failure of the cooling system — pump, sensor, circulation, the whole thing — and quoted me a ridiculous $1,588 for repairs.
