I have used Mack Auto Center three times. They did good work for my family the first two times. They fixed the air conditioning on my wife’s truck and fixed the rear passenger window on my car. I was very happy with their work! The third time was the issue. I scanned my vehicle and there was an engine coil misfiring. They charged me $150 to look at it and said they need another $300 to test my engine to see if it’s “worth saving”. No big deal I passed on the service. The owner, Sam, is very friendly and kind. I described the basic problem and he said they would take a look right away and sure enough I wasn’t even off the block before they brought my car in and I got a call maybe 30 minutes later saying that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up! I’ll definitely be back!

Sam was a blessing for me today when I brought my car in to have a loose heat shield reattached!! I was able to be seen almost right away and it was done quickly too! Thank you so much!!
