I've had an excellent time working with Mack! They were quick to find me temp gig openings and they even secured me a full-time temp-to-hire position within a month of me working for them! Their office is clean and presentable, and all of the staff were professional and helpful. Carly was always very responsive to any questions I had and clearly had my best interests at heart when finding me available roles. In my experience, this is THE best admin staffing agency here in Chicago! I can't rave about them enough.

as a director at a company, they will hound you with emails, leave things with reception but they do not reply to candidates/applicants at all. chasing business to have shady/non-existent practices and little to no follow-through.

I have applied to multiple positions and they are constantly losing my resume for the last seven years leading me to believe that they are racially discriminatory towards me and they need to be held accountable

I worked at Mack for about 2 years (internally). I did not have any prior recruiting experience, but they took a chance on me! They hire based on your fit with the company, which I really respected and think more companies should do. They brought me on a trained me from start to finish. If I could give Mack & Associates 10 stars I would! They were amazing to work with when I was casually looking for my next role and then when I was a part of a layoff they continued to stay in touch and reached out with the perfect role that I eventually ended up taking.
