We went to the dealership to buy a new bike.We were the only customers and we were walking around for 10mins.Two guys were sitting in their desks didn’t even acknowledged us.They were more interested in their phones than assisting us.Another customer came after us and the one guy started assisting them without even bothering about us.We took our business to a separate dealership and bought the bike. Won’t even go there for the bike service……Disgraceful customer service….
I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. I came in genuinely interested in buying a bike but spent over 10 minutes browsing without a single staff member offering help or even acknowledging me. The person at the front with coloured hair stayed on the phone the entire time, and another staff member seemed far more interested in his own business than serving customers. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I left feeling frustrated and will not be returning.
Had my bike serviced here, did a great job, however the place is looking a bit u down these days, needs a mow and a bit of weed killer outside, bit of pride in the workplace?
My first service experience at Mack1 was very disappointing. The team overtightened my motorcycle's chain to the point where it was making a very noticeable noise while riding. I returned the next day to get it corrected, but the staff was unhelpful. A technician rode the bike and told me there was no abnormal noise and that the bike was "perfect."
