Took my jetski in for a service and they called me to say they had snapped off a sparkplug and they were going to have to quote me to repair it... WTF NEVER have i heard of a place stuffing something and then the consumer had to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Beware and customer service is a laugh too Gshhhh. Not even 1 start but had to click to submit review
