Doctors are great but their billing company contract needs reviewed. Sometimes a person will get sick the day before payday. Some people are struggling financially because of many reasons. But to refuse treatment to a patient who has been with them for over 20 years because " I am broke until tomorrow. Tomorrow is payday" is ridiculous. To have a contract with a billing company who yells at staff if they don't collect a $15.00 Co pay at the time of care is crazy. That really needs to be looked into .
