We had what I'd consider a very strange experience with MacIntyre. We bought our house—our first home!—in the summer of 2020. MacIntyre had recently filled the oil tank, and we were about to install heat pumps, so we asked the company to take us off the automatic refill schedule and to only deliver oil when we call.
