Buyer Beware, he uses horrible sub contractors to save a buck. So far we had leaking condensation from the air handler in crawl space and the water came down through the 2nd floor ceiling. A leaking toilet from bad plumbing set up. In the same bathroom a leaking faucet from pex not installed correctly which leaked through 1st floor ceiling. I own a MacIntosh home and love it!
I build my home with MacIntosh in 2001. Fred MacIntosh was easy to work with and you actually met him during the process. Most builders, you never meet. This company builds a wonderful home that has increased in value. I would highly recommend MacIntosh Builders. I am in my home for 15 years with very little maintenance. I even put my name out there.
