This company works with debt consolidaters from back east. They deceitfuly get you to pay for appraisals and then hold them hostage contingent upon some rules that were never made transparent by them, mortgage brokers, etc. Bottomline...if I pay for a service, I expect the product. Would never recommend them or go through them again.
