Well maintained property, management is very personable and helpful. I’m very fond of the gardens and the apple orchard next door.
i find Yasmin honest and hard working
I viewed both properties, Macintosh and Brookside with the resident Manager, Yasmin. These buildings were so cute and well maintained. Although I couldn’t rent there, Yasmin offered to put me on await list. She was friendly, kind and had a lot of knowledge about the area. It was a pleasant experience.
I was looking at local apartment buildings for my daughter recently and toured these beautifully maintained apartments and buildings .Yasmin the Superintendent took us on a tour and she was amazing. Friendly approachable and definitely has an eye for detail. I’m not sure of when my daughter will be here but once we have them she will be submitting an application because we trust that with Yasmin as Superintendent the high quality maintenance will continue.
