Dr. Macinnes was calm and quiet and she took extra steps to help my cat and myself feel more comfortable and pass over the Rainbow Bridge. Every step of the process from setting the appointment, to the emails received, gave me clear information on what to expect. My cat passed peacefully in my arms. I will definitely recommend this vet practice
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. MacInnes! She spent time with us and explained everything. She spent time with Fella first to put him at ease. It was a very peaceful and dignified death for Fella. So glad he could be in his home when he passed. I highly recommend her!
They say a dog will bless you with some of the best days of your life and one of the worst. My poor loyal dog took a sudden turn for the worse so close to his 19th birthday. I was able to have Dr Macinnes come out within 24 hours of this unfortunate turn. She rearranged her schedule and came to help us say goodbye to our long term family member. We cannot thank you enough for your care and compassion with our beautiful dog as she passed in comfort at home. You made this impossibly painful day more peaceful and your kindness was felt by us and all of our pets on this day.
We used Dr. Macinnes services today for euthanasia and cremation transport. I cannot say enough about how comforting and sympathetic she was. The process was explained to fully understand what our pet was feeling at every moment. Not to mention the response time was so fast and very much appreciated. It is never an easy day for pet owners to endure but she made it easier for us. Thank you Dr, Macinnes.
