Hands down a total joke. This company is full of grumpy old dudes that couldn’t care less. They came to hook my water filter and softener up today 2/9/24. I came home, opened the valves to send water through them and not one, but two crimps were not crimped properly. I am now stuck with a mess, no water to my house, and I’m unable to get ahold of anyone. (24/7 service, HAH!) Their hours are different from the Google hours, and you can only learn this by calling them. They don't have a voicemail. They send invoices in the mail, and you will not know how much a service costs until you get the bill in the mail. Their invoices are usually much higher than I would expect, which means you'll be suddenly surprised with a large bill a long time after your service. They don't save information of customers. Hot water heater blew. Have a friend who installs for another company who told me" good luck finding the model I need, no one carries them, will probably be a custom order, 3 week delivery time"... called this place, they sponsored my sons sports team, they had one in stock, and within 4 hours of initial call my house was up and running. Friendly and professional. Saved me 3 weeks of hearing females complain about cold showers. Thanks!!
