Luis and his brother came to my house and started to assess my damages. During the assessment Luis stopped and asked me to sign a paper/contract. I read over and decided not to sign because some of the verbiage was not clear and it seemed shady. After I chose not to sign him and his brother packed up and left. Not finishing the assessment. I asked for a copy of his report more than once via text and email and never heard from them again. He had asked for a review so here it is.
