I was actually surprised at how good the fried chicken here was. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was average. A lot of the service is automated (just one or two people cooking the food) and the seating is limited to a few small bistro tables.When I went, the soda fountain was out of order, so I was unable to get free refills. They did at least offer a can of soda though. There's also no ketchup dispenser, so you're left tearing open a bunch of packets to get some ketchup. Waited in store for 30 minutes for a pick up order. I even tipped 10% when ordering. Am I an idiot? For the negative service of a “fast” food chain? They are extremely understaffed and the only guy there was so inexperienced that I had to remind him of packing my order when food was ready for a while. This restaurant was good for dining in a year ago, but now nobody eats in store anymore. What a shame.
