A huge shout out to Andy and Jay, both arrived the day I called and arrived the next day to complete the job. It was a huge job as since we moved in the septic tank needing emptying as the drains had fully blocked up, I rang round and wasn’t given much help from other companies, however, the receptionist at machmade instantly sorted Andy and Jay coming. Thank you all again, the septic tank was taped off and covered up for the dogs safety, whilst awaiting the new cover to be put on! Massive thank you again!

Had Connor and Richard out to repair a blocked drain .. it turned out to be a collapsed drain ..the boys were here digging by hand repaired the drain backfilled 2 x 7ft holes and re-laid the flags All absolutely lovely lads this included the others lads who came to help dig or jet the drain.. Lauren in the office kept me informed at each stage and booked me in rapidly .. Thanks guys excellent service

Highly recommend- called these guys in the afternoon thinking there would be no chance someone would be available same day - they were! Steve J came out same day, arrived before his estimated time and text me an hour before his arrival so I was able to make sure I was home which was excellent. He put plastic on his shoes before walking through my house so I wasn’t worried about any mess. Super mindful of my house cat / doors being open etc which I really appreciated.
