I would like to complaint regarding my experience at Machine Metro Prima on the afternoon of 3rd April. Firstly, there was a female staff member (bermekap tebal) who was quite rude. I approached politely and even said “thank you,” but her reaction was unfriendly and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable and not respected. extremely disappointed with the service at this shop. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking. there were a few malay female staffs on duty today, approached to three of them, all had very poor attitudes, unfriendly, unapproachable, and seemingly unwilling to assist. no effort to make customers feel welcome. Very disappointed with my experience. The website showed that Apple Pencil (Gen 1) was in stock at one of the outlets, so I personally drove there to purchase it. I even tried to call beforehand to double confirm, but the contact number provided on the website could not be reached at all. When I arrived, the item was not available.
