The purchase of a new tractor from this company has been a very positive experience. Todd in sales knows his product without being pushy, the delivery and start up by Matt was thorough and informative.
I will never do business with this company ever. I bought a second-hand New Holland tractor, through a private sale. The tractor was originally purchased from Machinery West and sold to me with only 76 hours on it, so it hadn't had its first 50-100 hour service. This service is required to maintain the warranty, and is offered free of labour costs when purchased (with parts and supplies to be paid for). extremely helpful, great customer service
Brought a tractor didn't know it had an issue with the computer completely stopped working less than 2 months of owning, when i called they wanted nothing to do with it couldn't even get a call back. will never buy from there again.
