I highly recommend the Featherweight Maintenance class I took today with Kathy the Machine Lady. The pace and information of the class was excellent. My machine was never serviced before and running rough; now with Kathy’s guidance it is smooth with a nice stitch. She is thorough and very knowledgeable about these sweet machines. I also enjoyed her portable shop with many accessories. Overall, a wonderful experience that would benefit anyone with a Featherweight Sewing Machine.

Kathy's class was so much more than I thought it would be. I am confident that I can maintain my feather weight myself. She taught the history of the feather weight and gave the class a lot of information. I am really glad i took her class today!

Excellent and very informative!! I just took a Featherweight maintenance class with Kathy. She is very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with the class. She was patient and kind, and I highly recommend her class to anyone wanting to maintain and preserve their Featherweight for years to come!

I took a Singer 319 to Kathy on the off-chance she could help me get it ready to work again. She was able to get "Trudie" chugging along, locate extra parts AND source a new case for me. I am extremely happy with the work plus the pricing was fair and reasonable. I would feel comfortable taking any of my vintage machines to Kathy and will pass her name on to my friends.
