We are very happy with the service. We are a health care provider and rely on our IT for patient health records, X-ray storage, billing and scheduling. Our patients, our business, and Federal laws require that we protect our data and maintain operations. Gary has been incredible and “saved” us many times.
Scheduling took a little longer than expected but I was very satisfied with the service tech's (Bob) knowledge, attention to detail, and thorough job of repairing our company's microfilm reader/printer
