I rented a unit in their industrial warehouse #3 for a party, and they gave me back my deposit, no charge. They also supplied 4 coat racks and hangers, tables and a incredible 1000 lb. solid steel table for my DJ. They were also helpful in setting up AND with clean -up, all no extra charge. John was great and friendly, and also professional. I'd like to repeat maybe again some day. Thanks. Mario

Back in May 2022, our Blanchard no.11 surface grinder suddenly stopped working. We were in panic mode. After having researched the internet I finally found a replacement in Arizona and arranged for immediate shipment to Montreal. While I was waiting for the shipment to come in, I had to find a company to install this heavy piece of equipment. John is one of the most wonderful and respectful businessmen out there. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I made a deal with him, and in the meantime when he was getting everything ready, I changed my mind; and then called him and asked him if I could cancel the deal. He asked me why and I told him. John and Robin are best when dealing with machines you need or want. If you lucky enough to go to Montreal and visit with them John will even make supper plus give you place to sleep. They are truly down to earth good people. I will highly recommend buying any machines from them.
