great customer support and got me the stuff I needed!
When Your machine is down , that is no time to be messing around with improper parts , or issues with ordering. Things went very nicely through this entire process. The check valve we ordered looked only slightly different, but worked as advertised. This machine is an OLD VF2 so its tough to get stuff for it sometimes. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to get expedited shipping to get it to us a little quicker. But other than that , all is well.
