I ordered a Dro system from them and had issues with shipping, I contacted them and they responded promptly. They helped me out right away and were ready to do or replace what’s needed to make it right. Great company, oustanding service.
Ordered a dro for my lathe a few weeks ago. Everything worked great except the cross slide mag scale had a couple dead spots. These guys were super helpful and got the manufacturer to send me a new scale quickly. I appreciate these guys and will continue to use their services and buy their products.

Ordered a Aikron A30 4 Axis Mill DRO Kit w/ Glass Scales + RPM Function / Hall Sensor kit. The mounting of the scales was done with very little of the supplied mounting kit. So if your going to do this you should know how to machine. My readout display is stuck in customs and the people at Machine Tool Products are STAND UP people.
