RecommendedI took my Janome sewing machine to the Machine Shop for servicing. Mike went above and beyond to give me incredible service and a machine that is running better than I can't remember when. He had to repair a part that other places just replace and he had to improvise to create a missing part so that I could take my machine home that same day. He also educated me on aspects of the machine for which I was unaware.
I recently went to The Machine Shop with a friend from Mississippi who was looking to buy an original pre-loved HQ16 machine. What fun we had interacting with Mike and his wife, Jean. He carries a lot of HQ accessories in the shop. She was happy with her purchase and I was happy to pick up some needles and a few extra things I had been wanting. You know immediately that he is extremely knowledgeable on the HQ line of products and is happy to share his knowledge with you.
