Such an awesome community, feels like a second family here. I’ve learned so much about fitness, all the coaches are so knowledgeable, and everyone is so welcoming. Best gym experience.
I've been a member at MShed for over 10 years, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms in town! The coaching is on point, with experienced certified coaches who prioritize safety, technique, and progressions for all skill levels. While the exterior might be a little intimidating at first, once inside, you'll find a welcoming community with athletes of all levels. Especially at 5am! They are truly focused on people improve wether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
Amazing community, every workout is doable to anyone’s scaling level to ensure CrossFit is for everyone. Coaches are knowledgeable and every class is welcoming!
Machine Shed is such a great environment to learn about physical fitness. The coaches are very knowledgeable, and work with what you are able to do within a workout and to help you improve in whatever you're looking for. The crossfit community is the most supportive I've ever experienced in my fitness journey, everyone there will cheer you on, and there is ZERO judgement!
