Amazing and supportive trainers with a great group of people to train with. The classes are fun and they really take the time to support you physically but also mentally. I’ve used other group training groups and other trainers but Jesse and Alyse are the best by far!
I honestly cannot describe & put into words how amazing Alyse & Jessie are. I have been training for about 7months now with Machine life & it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I am experiencing such great results in a fun, non competitive environment with like minded people, in the outdoors. It’s so family friendly, I have 4 kids and most weeks I at least have 2 of my kids with me & all 4 on the holidays, they enjoy the environment, get involved & love aunty Alyse & uncle Jessie so much 😉 8 week challenge here we come �... read more
Absolutely amazing trainers and fantastic group of people!! Alyce and Jesse are so full of energy that you can’t help but get pumped!! Best part is, you can bring your kids along too. They always have a park to play in
