Please advise your tenants to not treat the park across the street as their backyard. They let their large dogs run around off leash and don’t pick up their poop. It reflects very poorly on the building and ownership. Other people live here and want to enjoy the park.
Now that I am moving out I can leave the real review for this place which I wish was available to me when I moved in. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want your quality of life to go down tremendously. The floors are so thin you can hear your neighbor cough and if you have terrible upstairs neighbors like me they will walk around at 730am every morning in shoes. Avoid Machine Flats Apartments and City Center Properties at All Costs Living at Machine Flats Apartments has been an absolute nightmare. The building is plagued by rampant package theft—countless deliveries have been stolen from the mailroom for weeks, and management has done nothing to address the issue despite numerous emails and complaints from frustrated residents.
