I have used Drury for a bathroom and kitchen renovation. They always do beautiful work, very helpful, wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend them.
Drury Designs provided wonderful quality, design and workmanship to our renovation project. Their people are the best. We enjoyed working with our designers, Samantha and Lauren, and were appreciative of Rick's attention to detail. Slawik, our lead installer and carpenter, became a member of the family (our dog still misses him!). Whenever a 'hiccup" occurred we could contact anyone at Drury and it would get addressed. Wow!! I know that we're in the very beginning stages, but we can't say enough about the professional kindness that my wife and I have received from Alicia and the team at Drury Design! We walked in to the Glen Ellyn location last week and made to feel very welcome. We set up an in home meeting with Alicia for today and were truly impressed with her expertise, respect to our home and budget as she prepared a worksheet with several options and ideas. Spent over $600k on a total remodel. All went well until our designer Janice went AOL. We had a reverse osmosis system installed that they were all to happy to recommend even though I had my own system to install. They informed us that in order to replace the filters that we had to call them to handle. Our system was installed Dec 2022. After several unreturned calls I researched ordering replace filters only to discover that the company was in England and I had to order Marine replacement filters?!!! They listened to our needs and had a fine tuned design process taking us from idea to completion. Their 2d and 3d renderings helped us layout our space and visualize our design alternatives. On top of their keen design eye, they were detailed and responsive.
