Dealer was excellent! Granddaughter, in college, was rear ended in her 2007 Toyota Prius between two vehicles. As retired Grandparents, we embarked to find her a replacement while she drove our 2014 Prius. She knew the amount she would be receiving when we went looking but had not yet received her money. We had 60% of the money up front and the dealer worked with us on waiting on the balance from her insurance settlement which she had to deposit (account with no checks) and then transfer the funds to our account.
