Incredibly well run and friendly. Great variety of levels and ages. Lots of convenient class times. Great certified coaching. Also committed to supporting local non-profits. This is how a CrossFit box should feel!
Fred and the team at Mach983 have cultivated such a positive and supportive community. Our father/son group (middle school aged youth) has been fortunate to work with coach Jessie (who is awesome!) once a week since fall of last year, and the experience has been transformative. As someone who was a beginner to the Crossfit world, I can't encourage others enough to jump in and give it a try.
I’ve been CrossFittig for 15 years. Recently switched gyms to mach983. My impressions: they are friendly and people went out of their way to welcome me. Second the coaching staff is top notch so can guide a noobie and a seasoned athlete. Third , The community has a great depth of demographics: young , old, all races , men women and in between. This says a lot about the group’s dedication to fitness as and health. It’s for everyone.
