This is an awesome gym with an amazing community! We are new to the CrossFit world and Fred and team have been the best group to introduce it to us. If anyone is thinking of trying CrossFit for the first, or maybe second or third time, give Fred crew a try

Abi was amazing, she worked with me on starting a routine just right so I don’t exert myself too much, but just enough to feel the workout. She was great about teaching me how to do the workouts correctly and also fixing my form. She made me feel very welcomed, I can’t wait to return.
Came to a drop-in session, Coach Trevor made the class a light & welcoming space, ensuring I felt included as an out of town guest. The community was lovely, encouraging me and each other throughout the WOD. I look forward to dropping in again when in in town.
