Mach983 CrossFit has been great. Even thought my style of training is typically more body building, I wanted to try CrossFit. I’ve enjoyed Coach Greg’s classes, he starts on time, explains the movement and warms you up. He also actively walks around to give tips or modifications so that you can safely and successfully complete the movements. I have also attended coach Ben’s Hyrox classes and those have also been awesome. Overall I would recommend Mach983 to anyone Interested it trying CrossFit style of classes.
