I would have given them zero or negative stars, but that wasn't a choice. I recently took my Powerstroke 6.0 diesel truck to Vince at Mach 1 Motorsports for replacement of the high pressure oil pump. He said it was a two day job, it took him 3 weeks! After 3 weeks he only billed me for 12 hours of labor performed. What was happening all that time? He will not give me an answer.
