I would have given them zero or negative stars, but that wasn't a choice. I recently took my Powerstroke 6.0 diesel truck to Vince at Mach 1 Motorsports for replacement of the high pressure oil pump. He said it was a two day job, it took him 3 weeks! After 3 weeks he only billed me for 12 hours of labor performed. What was happening all that time? He will not give me an answer. This is my first review for automotive service, I had my done at many location, mostly at dealership. But at what cost before you have to turn away and find a shop that would save you money and do it right the first time. I see there is a bad review in here from another customer. To me, I have different experience with this shop. I am no way his friend or affiliated with the shop here. I have gone there to do three different service with my jeep and truck mod and repaired.
