I'm very disappointed in my wash and the lack of customer service experienced today. I went for a wash and during the wash, noticed the brush on only one side was operational. Upon informing the manager, he was very rude, informed I could receive a refund but IF I accepted the refund, I would be asked not to return. He also stated that he is aware that the passenger side brushes don't work and that they have been down an ENTIRE YEAR.
