The attendant wasn’t paying attention and sprayed me directly in the face with pre wash chemicals. I had rolled my window down to ask a question before the wash cycle started. 7/11/25 10am
To whom it may concern I’ve been coming to this car wash for quite sometime and it was great at first. I have a couple cars one with black rims which is not a big deal because I always clean my car. I have a white Range Rover which I took yesterday and I have aluminum factory rims so I told the guy Jose the manager to hit the Rims with depression washer that you guys have on either side on the left side you’ll have one and on the right side y’all have one and he did but barely hit it at all so my rims were very dirty. Worst car wash I've ever been to. Didn't clean anything off my vehicle. Do t waste your money here!
The vacuum cleaners barely work and all the hoses need to be replaced.
