Terrible . Did not know it was possible to not wash a car at a car wash… paid for the 2nd highest level of wash and my car is still filthy. The only part that got cleaned were the doors. Hood, windshield, tires, windows and everything else still filthy. Should’ve read reviews before coming here
Además de solo un dia el pago es bueno, ahora tiene pagos mensuales desde el mas barato hasta el mas carro. Lo mejor de eso es q puedes ir cuantas veces quieras ir en la semana si quieres todos los dias puedes con esa mensualidad
Terrible wash and a waste of money. I paid for tires and and other extras and attendants did not touch my tires and rims. Still dirty with bird crap, hood and front grill area still has bug debris and back of my car still dirty! I paid $18 for my car to look rinsed. I want a refund. Can not call the number listed and no customer office for issues. Never going back
I’ve been going here for years with a monthly subscription. Experience has been mixed. Some times there are two people pre washing or scrubbing your car before being pulled in and other times there is only one. Some times my car is well cleaned and others so so. I have gotten micro scratches on my cars paint a few times but I think that’s just part of the process with this type of place. If you care about your car at all DO NOT bring it here. I’m not overly prissy about mine… it’s nothing too fancy, but it’s pretty new, and I love it. I just came out of this place with a half-wet car and fresh scrapes, and I know I won’t get anywhere by complaining to the staff. Even the vacuums are trash- the hose is just a hacked off tube, no nozzle. A hard rain would be an improvement. How absolutely frustrating. Photos show scratches and scrapes, and where rollers brushed against my dry car.
