Absolutely love this spot when it first opened and for the first year or two. They haven’t been maintaining the equipment, half of the vacuums don’t work currently and out of the ones left they barely have suction. Cancelled my membership today.
Please run away from this place! If I could give a 0 I would! Went today to get a simple car wash and a quick vacuum cleaning but how do 6 vacuum cleaners do not work or have the nozzle broken off!!! It’s literally ghetto! It’s looks ghetto when I’m moving my car from one spot to another because the vacuums doesn’t work! When I tried to talk to someone about looks like everyone was hiding inside. Not worth it Management doesn’t seem to care that things are not working properly, brushes have been down for 3+ months and that should be very concerning to them but doesn’t seems to be. I have been a member for 2yrs, my car is no longer washed it’s half washed its no longer my favorite place to go. However employees are great here, I’m sad to go.
My truck always has dirt on the hood, windshield, roof and bed cover for a couple of months now the overhead brushes/cleaning device hasn't been working in this place and it's not a good thing for me since I pay for the top tier monthly service. I feel like I am being ripped off since my truck is still dirty fresh from the car wash.
