Didn’t even get any of the bugs off the car.
Scratched my cars paint, asked for a touchless wash (brushes off) the guy came up and said he could do that. Sure enough they spun. Not only that but the vacuums don’t suck well and one of their floor mat machines don’t work. The cherry on top is that my car still has bugs all over the front….
My, car was never clean! When I asked to have some bug cleaner they didn't have it! My antenna came off , the worker admitted to seing it, but couldn't find it! 2 days later it was found! So damaged it could not be put back on. Main office said they were not reasonable for it. Please be aware of this company! It is to over priced, and if your gets damaged you are out of luck!
I got the membership right when they opened and loved it. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It’s been absolutely awful for the last several months. It’s often closed, the vacuums inside often don’t work and the outside vacuums have very little suction, and part of the actual carwash has not been working and has not been fixed. I pay a membership for 2 vehicles. This is way too much to be paying every month for these problems.
I'm paying monthly and you've been closed for almost 3 weeks now
