I got the membership right when they opened and loved it. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It’s been absolutely awful for the last several months. It’s often closed, the vacuums inside often don’t work and the outside vacuums have very little suction, and part of the actual carwash has not been working and has not been fixed. I pay a membership for 2 vehicles. This is way too much to be paying every month for these problems.
I'm paying monthly and you've been closed for almost 3 weeks now
Largest pos waste of space in Toledo.I was so excited to have a car wash so close to my house. My brand new Jeep Wrangler was scratched up so bad after a couple of washes! Tried showing the workers, but got disrespected by the so called "manager" and told my membership was canceled. I've continued to be charged for months now after the fact. So far $160 that I'll probably never get back? Word of mouth is a powerful tool. Probably get closed down, or raided! Don't waste your money on this place!
Update after 3 months of another chance: I'm removing another star after the shift manager snapped at me for asking why they closed 15 minutes before closing time. When I said you're about to lose a monthly member he yelled BYE. With this disregard for the customers who have helped you stay in business and the continued malfunctioning machinery I plan to cancel my membership. --- I'm tired of going out of my way for a wash to find you closed early or closed all day like today.
