The two wash attendants today were very helpful and accommodating. My poor Accord got hit by a ton of bird poop. Both of them made sure I left out spotless after a second run through. Phenomenal customer service and I couldn’t be happier with my results today. 10/10.
I'm not gonna name but just one of the issues because I'm being nice. Not allowing customers to use the restroom while there cleaning their vehicle is wrong. When you have paying customers it's just plain curtious to let them use the restroom.
I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened in Fairhope. I’ve always appreciated the convenient location and used to be very satisfied with the quality of the wash. However, for over a year now, the first set of brushes has been broken, requiring staff to wash the right side of my car by hand. Additionally, for the past two months, the top brush has not been functioning and no longer spins. I kindly ask that these issues be addressed. Once resolved, I’ll be happy to update my star rating. Thank you.
I’m being generous with a 2 star rating. You pay that much for the most expensive wash they have, you expect it to get your car clean on the outside, get the soap off when it rinses, and get it dry enough to not leave spots, but it did none of the above—I don’t drives Tesla or anything, but it’s a 2024 and was just washed a week ago with no off road driving so it shouldn’t have been a tough wash. Off course, might’ve helped if the blue thing on the passenger side would’ve at least touched the side of my car, but it didn’t do... read more
