I’m being generous with a 2 star rating. You pay that much for the most expensive wash they have, you expect it to get your car clean on the outside, get the soap off when it rinses, and get it dry enough to not leave spots, but it did none of the above—I don’t drives Tesla or anything, but it’s a 2024 and was just washed a week ago with no off road driving so it shouldn’t have been a tough wash. Off course, might’ve helped if the blue thing on the passenger side would’ve at least touched the side of my car, but it didn’t do... read more
This used to be an excellent wash. I purchased a monthly pass, but have noticed that it has become a very 'dry' wash lately. Basically, brushes running along your car with almost no water and therefore damaging your paint unnecessarily. I will be cancelling soon.
Employees always seem to be in a foul mood. I've been here probably 10 times with 10 different sets of employees and not one of them seems remotely friendly. Most of the time the machine is working properly but every now and then certain things don't inside the wash. Vacuumes are hit and miss as far as ones that work and ones that don't.
I selected the $8 dollar option that came with free vacuum use and was very happy and surprised with how clean my car was. There were 2 attendants that hand soaped up the front and back of the car and that made all the difference. One thing to note is that this wash is not touch free, which I usually prefer, being from Wisconsin. Because Alabama doesn’t have all the salt and sand on the roads in the winter the brushes in the bay stay much cleaner than northern states and did not scratch my car at all.
