I love the convenience of going to Rich’s. Easy peasy! Everyone is helpful. Colten always has a great smile and a warm greeting.
They recently took this over from Mach1, all the brushes and equipment is new. The wash feels incomplete however; they don't have the signs that light up when the rainx and ceramic protectants are being applied so you don't know if you're getting what you pay for. Also don't come if it's busy because they sign customers up for memberships in both pay lanes and if you're an existing member you're stuck waiting for 10 minutes for them to sign the people up and you can't get out and drive off because of how the drive lanes are ... read more

The quality of the car wash is 10/10 and the customer service the same. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had to go back and edit this. Been a loyal customer since the beginning. It used to be a great wash with an excellent value. For the last year a lot of the rotating assembly have been broken and have not been repaired. Attention to detail has fallen off significantly, and now they closed without so much as an email to let customers know.
