James and Katrina were the best help. I was skeptical about signing up with the monthly plan but it works perfectly for my truck washing needs. Can't say enough about these 2 employees though. The best.
Great experience at the new Car Wash. James was incredibly helpful and courtesy. He explained all the promotions and prices and even spent several minutes talking with me about life. You could tell he cared about the customer a ton. I will for sure be back often.
I recently swapped my membership to Mach-1 and I could not be happier. Their kiosks always work, the workers are friendly and they take their time pre-washing your car before the car wash. Excellent service.
The lady was super helpful and explained the different options when I asked her. Will definitely be back soon
