Tag reader never reads my tag. Had to wait and had 5-6 cars pass me and still never was helped. I finally left along with another vehicle behind me. I was not able to get a service because I never made it past the pay point even though I purchased a 30 day pass.
Took my truck up there and paid for the $25.00 carwash and now I have to wash it myself because its so bad. This is the second time that I have used them and have had terrible experiences both times. Its a waste or money and time.
Vacuums suck!
You would think that since there are broken/missing parts through the car wash for 3+ months, you would have had it fixed by now or at least comply when a repeat customer asks for a rewash. Instead, we were met with 2 rude young ‘adults’ with smart mouth attitudes that offers excuses and refusals. And the picture only shows 1 part that was missed. Needless to say, it will be our last time spending money at this establishment.
