Does a decent job.. Not open Sunday despite what their hours say
Always use this car wash and the people are so nice, but today we went because there was mud all over our vehicle and we wanted it off. It was raining and I admit its weird to go to a car wash when its raining (but we also pay monthly so we might as well get use out of it even if it is raining.) I didnt appreciate the girl who was directing us make a snarky comment, “Who washes their car when its raining?” (thinking we werent able to hear her)
Several components of the equipment were inoperative, and entrance foam soap was water. Despite purchasing the triple foam wax service, only water was dispensed from the applicator. Additionally, the side blowers were not functioning. Consequently, my vehicle remained dirty upon exiting the wash, despite its initial condition not being excessively dirty. This experience resulted in a regrettable expenditure of both time and money.
Car wash has been closed for 3 days again. We pay 2 monthly fees for 2 different cars. When it is open nothing works correctly. I asked to speak with a manager to cancel my husband's membership, I was told there's none available. The owner lives in Alabama, can't be contacted. Shows on our bank statement Center Alabama!! Never have a issue with the Mach one in Rockmart or Cartersville. I will be reporting this buisness to the Better Buisness Bureau!!
