I asked them to get the bugs off the front,the guy said sure thing, but when I left I still had bugs on the front of my car.
I've been goin there for yrs the employees are constantly smacking the car with their scrubs brushes till recently they smacked the front windshield and cracked it after filling out the incident report they replied with after investigation due to your car being more than 5yr old that they are not responsible half of the time you don't get all the cleaning products that your paying for i will be canceling my membership worse customer service ever
