You would think that since there are broken/missing parts through the car wash for 3+ months, you would have had it fixed by now or at least comply when a repeat customer asks for a rewash. Instead, we were met with 2 rude young ‘adults’ with smart mouth attitudes that offers excuses and refusals. And the picture only shows 1 part that was missed. Needless to say, it will be our last time spending money at this establishment.
If you’re going to continue to charge full price, you can at least fix the brushes half of those don’t work and the vacuums looks like it is slowly going downhill. A lot of people at the vacuums were complaining.
This place is absolutely the worse carwash. One person working and the car came out no better than when we went in. Pay 20$ everytime. It's the only wash close to us so I keep kicking my ass to go here. Please fix this place. Went there today 12/8/25 line of cars but no soap in wash I spent over an hour wiping and cleaning car. This is the only option we have unless we go to Rome or Rockmart. So frustrating
My truck was still just as dirty as before I went through the car wash.
