I was out of town and the hot water stopped. Called so my family wouldn't have to be without hot water while I was gone. They missed the first appointment, and then showed up late for the second, and called back to say the element was bad but quoted an insane price to replace it. I told them nevermind I'll just do it myself. Got home and the element was fine! It was the thermostat that was bad! Couldn't even correctly diagnose an issue.

Paul took popcorn ceiling down from part of the kitchen/dining area, and repaired an area another person had damaged. He did an outstanding job, for a fair price, and was very professional and friendly. He left the ceiling completely ready for painting. I started that yesterday, and it looks great. If I had any other house projects, I would automatically call Paul, and I highly recommend him to everyone else.
