It seemed to take a very long time to get called to be checked in since I was the first person in line. The person behind me remarked that "it's always like this ... ". After being called the check-in went quickly. I did do the on-line check-in well before I arrived for the appointment.

If going to the doctor can be a pleasant experience, this visit was. From the receptionist to Dr. MacGregor, everyone was great. Jeremy Young was especially delightful and knowledgeable. Dr. MacGregor took his time talking with us, and in a way we could understand. Thank you.
