OMG, THEY DO NOT DESERVE A ONE STAR FROM ME!!! I been a patient at Mac Gregor since the early 1990's & the front & nurse staff use to be remarkable. Dr. M Rodriguez has been my doctor since & he's been & still is a remarkable physician. Now, for the pass 2 yrs, the front & most of the nurse staff leaves little to be desired to return. I do not know what has happened to this clinic because their services has gone down drastically. Today's experience was enough for me. Macgregor has an option where you can text them. I texted them and asked if my doctor was running behind. Their response was "I do not know if he is running on time". I went in for my appointment and as soon as I check in, they say "the doctor is running an hour behind". In the past month, my initial appointment was canceled so I rescheduled. On my rescheduled appointment, I went in and they said the doctor was running 1 1/2 hours behind. Patient of Dr. Mark Smith who is great and his staff is great but billing and the front office staff are a joke. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Going to look for another practice even though I like my doctor
RecommendedI'm a patient of Dr Mark Smith. He is a very nice guy, very helpful and a great Doctor. I also like the fact that I get in and out of the office fast.
The phone lines are difficult to get through. I was on hold two times in a row for 15 minutes and my calls were dropped.
Dr. Roldan is wonderful and the new portal is so easy to use and fast.
Staff is TERRIBLE. Looking to replace my current primary physician. I am very happy with him, but the clinic staff are so incompetent and lack follow-thru on very simple request (i.e. a phone call back). This, and other issues have happened repeatedly. Do not use MacGregor Medical Clinic. Suggestions welcomed.
I highly recommend this center! Had labs done and within 24hrs had my results! Highly efficient group!
