I would give 0 if I could. I am trying to fix a situation with a deed. Mr. Brillhart told me the fees and he would contact the 3rd party to verify payment and call me back. I called back today since I have not heard anything to be informed there was a glitch in communication with payment. I apologized to Mr. Brillhart and told him I would call the 3rd party to discuss the issue.
