This place is absolutely deplorable. I set up an account with them and set up two small fishing vessels with automatic fill ups twice a week with automatic payments.I bought another vessel this year and added it to my account and tried to get fuel. They wouldn’t give me fuel for almost a week. And when I asked them why they said because my past Orders were not big enough.my new vessel holds 1400 L. Some employees are great and some aren’t. It’s clear the ladies and gentlemen in the field know what they are doing and take pride in it, but the customer service from the office & admin is lacking.

They are a local company and have been a great service provider ever since I have opened an account with them. They inspected my furnace when I bought my home and it got me through the winter. Whenever I had a technician at my home they were professional and took time to answer all my questions so that I understood things.
We were hit with a freak 5’ snow fall in 48 hours, so the snow banks from where the snowplow cleared the road are ridiculous. I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to reach my tanks, but they came, climbed over the bank - that’s taller than me, - and filled my tanks! Hero status
