Hind sight is 20/20 and my choice in trusting this firm was a mistake. They only do the most basic of closing but the price is not basic. I’m looking for my next property to buy and I won’t make the mistake of using Megan or this firm twice. Do not expect them to help you if you have ANY issues at all. You are on your own. They are fairly good until you pay them. Communication during and after could use a lot of improvement and Lord help you if you need them after the closing of your house… good luck. Everything was explained clearly, in easy to understand language. Work was done timely. Front line staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
I had a very professional and efficient relationship with the lawyer herself. Supporting staff tell you different things that you need to do that is fact their job. Between negotiating between lawyers, about mailing items (when I told them I was going to pick it up the next day), I have had to be on my toes since the start. Advocating what needs to be done.
