Their website states free consultation but Scarlett MacGeorge wouldn't give me a 20 minute free consultation as advertised on their website and told me only paid would be offered to me. My case was extremely simple and I just wanted a consult. She kept on saying we are a small firm and not made of gold. So I paid the fees for a paid consult. Stay away. I paid $1,000 for a demand letter and got complete silence for a week. No calls, no emails, nothing. Only after threatening a bar grievance did someone else send a template with my name wrong on it. Jennifer MacGeorge's only communication after taking my money? An email threatening me with criminal charges for disputing the credit card payment — which is federally protected. She has 2.0 stars on Yelp for a reason. Don't be the next person she takes money from and ghosts.

Ms. MacGeorge was so helpful when we had an issue with our rental house. She walked us through the process and let us know we had options and rights. She was very patient and gave us great advice. I highly recommend!!
